It all got switched around because of Hurricane Sandy and a bad weather forecast. The City made the sensible decision to move the party from Vogel Park to that House of Horrors known as our commission chambers. The staff decorated tirelessly and it was great. This was a great party, supported by the community and it makes a difference to the kids and the old folks of North Bay Village.
